Dr. Victoria Woo received her D.D.S. with distinction from the University of Western Ontario in 2001. Following dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard-wide Hospitals and specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She received her Certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology in 2005.
She served as an Assistant Professor at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine from 2005 to 2008, Associate Professor in-residence at the University of Las Vegas (UNLV SDM) School of Dental Medicine from 2008 to 2014, and Professor in-residence at UNLV SDM from 2014 to 2020.
Dr. Woo is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, fellow of the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology, fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and member of the Psi Omega Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU). She also serves on the editorial board of Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Oral Radiology and the International Journal of Dentistry and Oral Health. She has held several officer positions with the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and OKU. In addition to maintaining an active clinical oral pathology consultation practice, she was the founding director of the UNLV Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Biopsy Service. Dr. Woo is licensed to practice dentistry in Texas, Nevada, and New York.
